Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground within 2 days of processing
your order. Length of shipping time varies by distance from our warehouse.
Currently, we are unable to ship orders outside the continential United States.
Returns/Exchanges- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you
need to return or exchange an item please contact us within 15 days of receipt
of your purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused, and resalable
condition in its original packaging. A credit for the purchase price (less
shipping and handling fees) will be issued after we receive the item. Please
contact our customer service department for more information.
Missing or Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure you receive your purchase in a timely and safe
manner. If your order is missing an item or is damaged, contact customer
service as soon as possible for us to help you resolve the problem.
Product Availability
Occasionally our products are still listed when our inventories are
low. If your order will be delayed due to inventory problems, we will contact
you within 2 days of your order. Options to resolve the situation will be
offered.

product specifications or features differing from the website. Colors of some
objects may be slightly different due to computer graphics beyond our control.
