How can I find a product on your website?
You may use the search feature located on each webpage, you may use the links at the bottom of each page to find an area to browse or click on the link located on the navigational bar in the website. This tab indexes all of the available products by type for ease in looking for a particular item.

How can I place an order for a solar garden light, garden fountain, garden statue, or solar holiday light?
Orders can be safely and securely ordered through our online checkout system. This is the recommended method to process your order quickly and securely. When you click on an order item button, the item is placed in your shopping cart and will show up when you are ready to check out. After your orders are placed, simply go to the checkout tab located at the top of the site and it will lead you through a series of questions to answer to process your order. The secure online checkout requires either a Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit card. We do allow you to place orders by regular mail. Just fill out and print your order information, include payment, and send it to us for processing. See our contact us page for address information. (You may pay by check or money order when sending your order by regular mail, but your order will not be processed until your payment clears.) We also accept phone orders at (616)706-3552, but do not accept e-mail orders as these are not secure methods when handling your personal information.

Is your shopping cart system secure?
Our shopping cart system uses encrypted technology, powered by Electronic Commerce International, to protect your personal information. We recommend using this method to place orders because it is so safe. You can verify the security of our site by clicking on the security certificate below.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover through our shopping cart system. We will accept personal checks and money orders for items ordered by mail. (When sending orders and payment by mail, your order will not be processed until payment clears, which will delay shipment.)

Will I be charged a sales tax?
We are required by law to charge Michigan residents a 6% sales tax on their order.

What is your return policy?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however we do realize that unforseen circumstances require a return. We have a 15 day return policy. See our Terms of Sale page for more information.

How and when will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders by UPS Ground. Your order will be shipped 2 days after the order is processed. Most orders should be received within 5-7 business days of the ship date. See our Shipping Policies for more information.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $150. Any orders with a subtotal lower than $150 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

I live outside the U.S. or in Hawaii, Alaska, or one of the U.S. territories, can you ship there?
Currently we only ship items in the continental United States.
